Shipping and Handling

Order Processing Times

We ship all orders, domestic and international, from our warehouse in Texas. Orders will be packed and shipped in 48 hours or less. Most orders will ship same day if they come in before noon although we may occasionally need the full 48 hours if we are experiencing heavy order volume. We ship Monday through Friday. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

During holiday and special discount sales, it may take up to four days to process your order due to heavy order volume. To find out more about special offers, be sure to sign up for our newsletter online.

Shipping Times

When your order ships you will receive an e-mail notification that includes your tracking information so you can track your package. Order shipping times will vary depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. Most orders will arrive in 2 to 5 days after shipping.  

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages, however, please let us know if the carrier loses or misdirects your package and we will assist you.

Safe Handling of Packages Damaged in Transit

If your package is damaged in transit, it may cause e-liquid to spill. Any spill is contained within the ziploc bag. Please use caution when handling e-liquid spills that contain nicotine. Nicotine can be absorbed through the skin, so we recommend you use gloves. Please use care to properly dispose of any packaging materials that have been exposed to nicotine, keeping them away from children and pets.

International Shipping Policies

We will ship vape products internationally only where personal use vape products are allowed, which currently includes only Canada & Australia.

Due to fluctuating international laws and regulations as they pertain to the e-cigarette industry and nicotine-containing products, we cannot guarantee shipment to any country outside the U.S. that does not have set laws, clearly defined, for import. When ordering from a country that places restrictions on the import of e-cigarettes or e-cigarette liquid, you are assuming the risk of the order being stopped, refused, and/or confiscated by customs in your country. We cannot be responsible for packages held, tampered with, refused, or returned by customs. There are no refunds or replacements for orders lost after leaving the United States, confiscated, or refused by the customs department in your country. Please note we do not calculate, charge or assume charges for VAT, duty or import taxes that may apply to international shipments. 

We do not ship to countries that have banned the sale and import of all e-cigarette hardware, e-cigarette accessories and e-cigarette liquid. Please check your local country regulations prior to ordering.

Returns and Refunds

If you have any problems with your e-liquid or vaping hardware, we require you to contact us first at: support@realkaisvirginvapor.com. We will assist you in troubleshooting the problem before authorizing a return of the product. 

All returns must be authorized in advance in order for you to receive a refund.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for e-liquid. 

Because everyone's tastes are different and because the e-cigarette hardware you use can drastically change the vaping experience, we cannot guarantee that you will like a particular flavor. Please contact us before placing an order if you'd like help selecting an e-liquid flavor that will be best suited to your personal flavor preferences and vaping style.

For hardware, such as batteries, cartomizers, and driptips, we offer exchanges within 30 days of shipment for hardware that is defective due to manufacturing or workmanship. A full ninety percent of hardware that is historically returned to us as defective has, in fact, been fully operational when tested. Vaping comes with a learning curve and it's important to reach out to us if you are having trouble with your e-cigarette so we can walk you through the troubleshooting process. 

Items returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of shipment, unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you need to return a product, please contact customer service at: support@realkaisvirginvapor.com for a return shipping address. The return address will vary depending on the return type so we require you to contact us first so we can give you the correct address based on the nature of the return. 

When sending a return, please include a copy of your packing slip and list the order #, customer support ticket #, reason for return and resolution requested. We will ship replacement items as soon as possible, or issue you a credit for your next purchase (less shipping).
